The Center for Advanced Digestive Care (CADC) at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center provides services for both adult and pediatric patients with complex digestive diseases and disorders. We bring together a wide range of clinical specialties and healthcare professionals who focus on the digestive tract.
Essential clinical support services — such as nutritional guidance, genetic counseling, social work, and health education — are key components of the CADC. Many of these support services are provided free of charge to CADC patients.
In the interest of growing the idea patient-centered care, the CADC now offers a free 1-to-1 patient support program. Current patients of the CADC are anonymously paired with other patients of similar diagnosis for ongoing phone calls to share tips and strategies on navigating both in the medical realm and in the rest of one's life.
The CADC also offers patient support groups and educational programming to help patients learn and adapt to their diagnoses. To find out more about digestive disease support groups, awareness days, and patient events, visit our Patient Events calendar.
